4. Have you seen After the Hunt? Oof, I am still digesting it. A film by director Luca Guadagnino offering a raw and beautiful approach to important conversations. And the wardrobe!! By no means am I simplifying it to the wardrobe, obviously the films topic is bigger than that. However, it becomes evident early in the film that the wardrobe is a key element to the narrative, and costume designer, Giulia Piersanti, delivered it impeccably. A must watch.

10. Attended the Vancouver Writers Festival last weekend. If you get an opportunity to go next year, do, it is inspiring listening to authors describe their process and craft. Plus, there is nothing like Granville Island in the Fall - the leaves, the water, the market.
